We collect this information to provide our software services, analyze platform usage, ensure technical security, process payments, and provide customer support.

3. Disclosure to Service Providers

We disclose personal information for business purposes to our trusted Service Providers, including Stripe (payments), PostHog (analytics), and Cloudflare (security & infrastructure).

4. No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

5. Your California Privacy Rights

  • Right to Know: You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to Delete: You may request the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information we possess.
  • Right to Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

6. How to Submit a Request

To exercise your rights under the CCPA/CPRA, please email us at privacy@workblofet.com. We will confirm receipt and aim to fulfill verifiable requests within 45 days (extendable for an additional 45 days if necessary with notice).

7. Verification Process

For your security, we may verify your identity before processing a request. This usually involves matching your email address with the one registered to your account, and we may ask for additional context related to your use of the platform.

8. "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"

Because we do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not require a separate opt-out mechanism. To exercise your other CCPA rights, please refer to Section 6 above.
