Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your billing dashboard. Access to the platform's paid features will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle, after which automatic renewals will stop.

2. Activation Guarantee

We replace traditional "outcome guarantees" with a strict Technical Activation Guarantee. Within your first 30 days, we guarantee that our platform is technically capable of completing our core checklist (e.g., funnel creation, domain connection, lead capture routing). We exclusively guarantee that the software works as advertised; we do not guarantee any business results.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only granted if, under normal operating conditions and assuming you have provided all correct configuration information, our platform technically fails to fulfill the Activation Guarantee checklist within the first 30 days of your subscription.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscription cycles that have already been partially or fully utilized without reporting a technical activation failure.
  • Fees charged by third-party services (e.g., your separate domain registrar, custom integrations).
  • Overage charges resulting from exceeding your plan's usage limits.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the Activation Guarantee, please email support@workblofet.com. You must include:

  • Your account email and project ID.
  • A detailed description and screenshots of the technical failure.
  • Relevant configuration details (e.g., domain DNS records, CRM connection setup).

6. Processing Time

We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, which may take additional days depending on your bank.

7. No ROI Guarantee

To reiterate: WorkBlofet provides the software infrastructure to capture and route your leads. We explicitly do not guarantee traffic generation, lead volume, conversion rates, or any specific Return on Investment (ROI).
