1. Who we are & What we provide

WorkBlofet provides a software platform offering funnel creation, lead capture, routing, and reporting capabilities. We are strictly a software provider, not a marketing or lead generation agency.

2. No ROI or Outcomes Guarantee

We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, including but not limited to traffic, conversion rates, sales, return on investment (ROI), or revenue. Our platform provides the tools and technical capabilities, but the results depend entirely on your marketing efforts and business model.

3. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are solely responsible for:

• The content of your landing pages, domains, and all associated marketing activities.
• Ensuring the lawful collection of email addresses and personal data (obtaining proper consent, providing unsubscribe options, and complying with anti-spam regulations).
• The correct configuration of your connected CRM, Newsletter, or other third-party integrations.

4. Third-Party Services

Our platform interacts with various third-party services (e.g., Cloudflare, Stripe, PostHog, integrations with CRMs/Newsletters). We do not guarantee the uptime or performance of these third-party services. While we will provide reasonable technical assistance to resolve integration issues, any direct failure by a third party is outside our control and responsibility.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WorkBlofet for sending spam, hosting phishing sites, distributing illegal content, or violating intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without a refund if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you are abusing our services.

6. Subscription, Billing, and Renewal

All subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. We reserve the right to change our pricing, plans, or features upon reasonable advance notice. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend your access to the platform for non-payment or abuse of our Terms of Service. Upon termination of your account, you will have a reasonable period to export or request the deletion of your data before it is permanently removed from our systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkBlofet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits). In no event shall our total liability arising from your use of the platform exceed the total amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington.
